I have been renting rooms to people for the past 12 months and have found the experience rewarding and enjoying and not to mention the friends I have made.

I have several units to rent that vary from 1 bedroom and study furnished, two bedroom unfurnished and 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom furnished. YOu won’t be living with anyone, as you have your own separate room, kitchen toilet and bathroom. Price ranges from $250 – $325
