We are quite a laid-back and young household and we seek someone who can also reflect that although that doesnt mean lazy. The rooms available range in size but none are small we currently have some couch surfers staying in some of the rooms but any paying resident gets precedent in there choice of room. The house on the whole is very big and spacious as well as being very close to the city. There is air con in every room and some of the rooms are partially furnished. Its an ex-share house and the yard is quite small and scraggly although weve started up a herb patch and are aiming to get some veggies and fruit going. The house is in need of repair in some aspects but the real estate said theyre getting onto that. Downstairs there are 3 rooms a massive lounge room kitchen toilet and shower. Upstairs are 7 rooms down a long hallway an upstairs kitchen 2 toilets and 2 showers. In the photo Im on the right. There are multiple rooms still available but i have no way of responding on easy room-mate and no intention of paying to do so please include contact details if you message me.
