The first room includes: king ensemble with linen built-in wardrobe 3 windows air conditioning and a door lock. $120pw + electricity + expenses + security deposit.The second room includes: king ensemble with linen set of drawers no windows air conditioning and a door Lock. $100pw + electricity + expenses + security deposit.THE HOUSE is a large double-storey home in upper Mount Sheridan with front and back verandas great views breezes and a State Forest out the back. It is fully furnished including fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and there are two bathrooms so you only have to share with one other.THE HOUSEMATES We are a young professional couple who are employed non-smokers. We are not party animals and this is not a party house but we are certainly not stiffs and like to have a few social drinks here and there. We are easy going with most things however we like to keep our house very clean and tidy (no one likes to clean up after other people) so we are seeking only to share with people who are house trained and have common sense and will have general respect for our house and our belongings.
