Hi, I have a room coming up for rent next month. House is three bed (two up stairs and one down stairs) and 3 bathroom. Currently its myself (male) and one other (female). My house mate is leaving to go O/S. I own the house and work at sea in tourism usually three or four days on, over night trips, one or two days off.

House has a pool and nice garden all around. Downstairs room is for rent. Nice large bright room with timber tile floors. Recently renovated bathroom downstairs, its private however it is a semi outdoor shower and outdoor loo. Ten minutes to city by car, bit longer on push bike. Quiet street (caul de sack).
