We have 1 room available in a modern 4 Bedroom house in Kewarra Beach. The house is close to JCU, Shops and beach in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood and has a fantastic outside living area as well as study area inside and outside. Wireless internet and all bills are included, so are home grown goodies such as herbs, bananas and lemons.

We are laid back, easy going people, professionals from tourism industry, love a social drink but no wild party house, into healthy living and the outdoors, and look for fun-loving people that preferably enjoy to relax with backgammon or Catan.

Sun Room: furnished with Queen bed, shelves, build-in robe, aircondition, wireless internet, 130 per week, all bills included.

House facilities: Fully furnished kitchen with espresso maker, dishwasher, all you need, living room with TV and video, second living area, big outside patio with BBQ, Sun-Deck, Garden, Nature reserve behind house, space for fire behind the house, laundry with washer, dryer, half the garage is equipped as workshop or space for motorbike if needed.

The house is a comfy place with two well behaved and very entertaining inside dogs (this is the max 1 house is allowed to have, so if you own a pet, please don’t apply), and in the moment we have a baby Joey. Outside smoking ok, tidy and responsible people please. We like to have a nice social environment with like minded people, we are into healthy living, sports, outdoors, travelling and camping. We do like the occasional social drink to chill out and keep doors open for friends. We respect each persons privacy and we share shores around the house equally.

Car is advantage as public transport into city takes a while, secure lock-up garage available. Really nice neighborhood and the perfect setting for students or professionals alike.
