The Sun Room is AU$ 130 – per week including bills and wireless internet the blue room is 140 – not sure yet which will be available.Wireless ADSL2 broadband beautiful garden with veggie patch and fruit trees big outside entertainment area and 10 min stroll to beach close to shops bus and JCU. We look for an easy going honest person to join and share a home with all the fun and shores. The house is furnished room for additional things is no problem.The house is a comfy place with two well behaved and very entertaining inside dogs outside smoking ok tidy and responsible but no clean freaks. We like to have a nice social environment with like minded people we are into healthy living but we do like the occasional social drink to chill out in the evening. We respect each persons privacy and we share shores around the house equally.There will be a total of 4 people living in the house but one comes only home for 3 days every fortnight and i am away for work as well most weeks 2 nights hence it will be never really crowded.Car is advantage as public transport into city takes a while secure (double) lock-up garage available.
