I have a room available in a 3 bedroom house (share bathroom) and am looking for a flatmate to share with myself and a Jack Russell Puppy who is 1.5 years old. I work during the week and travel frequently as such I am looking for someone who does not travel too much and would look after my pup in my absence.The house is a few minutes away from the bus stop and takes approx 15-20 mins to the JCU or 5 mins by car.I am looking for a flatmate who does not mind an energetic indoor pup is easy going tidy who will pay the bills on time and doesnt mind the odd dinner party. The rent includes electricity and I look after the lawns etc. The room for rent is spacious and has built in wardrobe however it is unfurnished. Linen can be supplied if needed and the the house itself is furnished.
