Looking for a flatmate to move in. Been sharing houses for quite a while, work shift hours and away a lot of the time so odds are house to yourself more often than not. House is for sale at the moment so would suit travellers, people in between homes or anyone at all needing a place without any commitment for short term stay.

Minimum of at least 6 weeks stay guaranteed as if house sells, settlement takes that long, or option to takeover lease to July. I am easy.

Little about me, I am 24, professional, shift worker and travel away a lot. Friendly, enjoy cooking good food and having a drink every now and then, social, been here 3 years. Half Aussie and Japanese, speak a couple languages. -oz,,OK!

Pros:
- Awesome location in quiet area, 10 min drive to town, shops nearby, bus stand out front
- Own bathroom with tub
- Spare Office room
- Spacious living room and kitchen with outdoor area
- Furnished with wardrobe space (can be unfurnished if you like)
- Utilities included with the rent
- Pool in complex

Cons:
- Do not have internet at this stage, have a company ipad which I use, happy to negotiate an internet connection though with maybe an extra 5 or 10$ a week
- House is for sale but lease is till July. Inspections of house every now and then but only at our convenience. Very strict on this.
