Located close to the Botanic Gardens Red Arrow walking tracks public transport (1 min walk) and shops and only 10 minutes on a bike into the city.The house is fully furnished with a large yard. The available room is also fully furnished with queen size bed dresser bedside tables huge robe air-conditioning and overhead fan ($150/week including elec).Looking for a mature clean employed person/student to move in.
