This privately rented house is beautifully situated in the rain forest on the hills of earlville yet is still only a 5 minute Drive into town or a ten minnute walk to stocklands shopping centre. There are currently four of us living here but one person is moving out so there will be a room available From 07 of November. Im 30 years old and im a signmaker and live with my partner. The other house mate Luke works in the mines so is only here once a week. Were very easy going people.The house has its own BAR! hot tub swimming pool pool table built in trampoline bbq area Gym. EAch room in the house has aircon and there are plenty of parking spaces. Its an absolute bargain 150 a week or 200 a week for couples to live in your own mansion! all bills are including in rent except electric which we split evenly. There will be a bond to pay and the rooms will be available from the beginning of November. We have wireless and Foxstar but the person whos moving out paid towards these so unless the new person is happy to pay there share towards them then they will be cancelled.
