3brm nice sized home. 84 acres close to all shops/stores. Rivers and mountains are very close by also. There are two free room but only one is for rent as the other is used as a study. The house is fully air cond as well as phone cable tv and internet. Fully furnished with washer and dryer. Basically move in with no more to worry about. I do a mix of work/study pretty quiet to live with though not concerned if the person moving in isnt. Pretty busy most of the time with sports as well as every day activites however happy to help someone get around cairns. More so looking for women tomove in as guys dont seem to pull their wieght.
