$200 per week plus half the electricity bill (currently about $10 a week). Happy to consider an all-inclusive rent if that makes life easier. Furnished, own bathroom, double sliding mirrored built in wardrobe, fan and new split system a/c in room and throughout. Room is at opposite side of flat to main bedroom so is very private.

Flat has big open-plan lounge dining area, massive balcony overlooking the Esplanade and internal laundry. Complex has two pools, two spas, a sauna (not that you need that in Cairns!!), tennis court and bbq area which you’re welcome to reserve to ensure it’s free. Two weeks rent required as bond. Min three months rental. Unfortunately the building doesn’t allow pets.

I’m female, in my 30s, easy going, clean up after myself and like to have a giggle. I don’t have loud parties and work hard in the week but I do like to have a glass of wine/cocktail at the weekend and kick back. Ideal housemate would be a female non-smoker (minimum in her late 20s) with similar attitude who doesn’t take life too seriously.
