I unfortunately have to move out of my awesome room as I have been re-located to NSW with work. The apartment is 2 bedroom modern, clean and comes fully furnished. The room itself is also furnished and comes with your own bathroom. Its located at North Cove apartments right on the Esplande, it has two BBQ areas perfect for having friends over and a massive pool! 20 mins walk into town and close to buses as well.

You will be sharing the apartment with 1 female, Chelsea. Chelsea is in her mid-twenties, very easy-going, clean, friendly and loves to cook. She is also a Cairns local, and would be more than happy to show you around twon if your new to the area

We are happy to rent the room to either a single couple or two friends (we have single beds too). Rent is $195 per week total or $97.50 if sharing and includes bills. Rent is paid weekly. A bond of 4 weeks rent is payable upon moving in. This can be negotiated.
