The unit is conveniently on the bottom floor of the Breezes complex with a nice private courtyard (with side entrance) and large balcony and is in almost new condition after being built in 2006. It is in a great location close to the city (5min drive) and very close to Cairns Central Shopping Centre (2min drive). The unit is fully furnished air-conditioned has laundry facilities and Wi-Fi internet is set up. The modern kitchen includes a large fridge dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is also a small pool available for residents of Breezes and some undercover guest parking. Also on street parking is easily available on the quiet side street right outside the unit.The main bedroom has an ensuite. Bedroom 2 (the vacant room) is air-conditioned and has a large built in closet but is otherwise unfurnished (however a bed can be organised if needed). Bedroom 2 is right next to the main bathroom which included a bath/shower toilet and will only be used by you.I am 23/Female and looking for someone to share this apartment with who is working with a stable income is clean and tidy a non-smoker and must be ok with living with a cat.
