It is available on the 9th of July at $100 per week which will include your elect. i will need two weeks bond and obviously a weeks rent when you move in just to cover my butt. pretty much everything there ready to go like sheets pillows towels kitchen stuff etc. all you gotta do is pretty much bring yourself your stuff. i honestly would prefer a male purely cause of previous sharing. if your easy going working not too fussed about not having the best of everything then give us a call or text to come sus it out
