Im looking for someone who is normal and easy going and preferably around 30 years of age. I enjoy a drink and a laugh and listening to music. I am involved in running my own business which keeps me quite busy.The home is a 4 bed 2 bath property on a large block with no rear neighbours. The area is safe quiet and close to shops and restaurants etc.I am the only person who lives in the house and only plan on getting in one other person (you) to help out with the mortgage/up and coming holiday! You will have your own main bathroom all to yourself and the room has built in mirrored robes a split system air con and a comfy queen bed if needed.The house overall is in good condition and is kept neat and tidy.
