I have a stunning 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large airy f/f room for rent downstairs. 1 downstairs room is rented by an 18yo female design student and I live upstairs. I am away 2 weeks out of 4. We live in a rainforest setting but are still only 5 minutes form Cairns city and 5 minutes from the beaches with transport at the door.
