Hi we are looking for another housemate We own the house so there is no need to worry about rental inspections or leases. We have 1 room with a wardrobe available for rent in Urangan. Ceiling fan and aerial connection in the room. Shared kitchen bathroom and lounge room. Can be made available either furnished or not. The lounge room/dining area are air-conditioned. Currently two 23 year old males and one 23 year old female in the house. All working/studying. Would prefer someone who is working/studying and is quiet and considerate as two of us work nights. Electricity (witin reason) is included in the rent. The internet and water bills are shared.5 minute walk to supermarket specialty shops and boat harbor.House has back yard with patio and bar area. Off street parking is available. There is currently a two dogs and a small cat in the house so unfortunately we can not take any more pets. Move in date negotiable. Two weeks rent in advance as a bond is required.
