I am currently looking for one or two clean and friendly housemates to live with me in my home. Average size rooms with one garage space available. 5 min walk to shops and 15 min walk to beach. Housemate will be sharing bathroom with one other housemate possibly two in future. Rent must be paid weekly. Internet (with limited downloads) and Water is included in rent. Other expenses include electricity approx. $100 every 3 months (which is split between all house mates). House is fully furnished excluding rooms to be rented one bed and desk available if needed. House is two years old and is clean neat and tidy.
