Bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Second shower and toilet outside of the patio area. Laundry is outside with washing machine and clothes dryer. Covered patio/entertainment area with table and chairs and gas BBQ, fully fenced yard. The house has attached carport plus driveway for parking of vehicles.

The boat ramp and shops are within walking distance and public walkway to beach is a few houses away.

Tarrifs:
Off Season: $400.00 per week (min 3 night stay)
Mid Season: $580.00 per week (Min 7 night stay)
High Season: $750.00 per week (min 7 night stay)
Off Season Nightly Rate: $120.00 per night (min 3 night stay)

A booking service fee of $20.00 applies to every booking.

Note: Every effort has been made to maintain the accuracy of these charges, however Burrum Heads Accommodation Centre reserves the right to correct changes and adjust the prices from time to time, and errors may occur. You will be advised of any adjustments to prices when a booking is confirmed. Rules may exist at different times, that dictate the minimum number of days for a particular rate to apply, or that require arrival on a particular day of the week with weekly bookings etc.

Special Note:
A Security Bond Authorization Form will be sent out with deposit receipts that must be signed and returned before date of check-in. These forms will be held as a Security Deposit and will enable us to deduct up to $500.00 for any additional cleaning, removal of excess rubbish, damage or undue wear and tear.
