My house is a large double story place that has views to the ocean and offers outdoor entertainment area, swimming pool, gym and large yard.

I work from home at one end of the house away for the living areas. Ideally we’re looking for someone who works full time. We’re all professional people so someone working in a professional role would like fit in well.

There are some renovations being undertaken at the moment, so some areas of the house look unfinished, but is fully functional as a home, and is still comfortable. There will be a brand new kitchen and laundry completed in a matter of weeks now. but don’t worry, your lazy weekend sleep-in won’t be disturbed by renovation noise … promise!

My house is a non-smoking home, but you are free to smoke outside.

Public Transport: Local buses stop just around the corner but only come every couple of hours.

If you just want to chill out I have a media centre with a good selection of movies and TV series, so you could catch a movie, watch some sport or SciFi. I also have WiFi which is included in the price (subject to fair use – i don’t want to pay for your 500Gb per month download habit).

Plenty of off street parking is available.
