Hi all! I own a three bedroom high set home on two acres just minutes away from the beach. There is already one room mate in the house she is a 24 year old working student who likes to have her own space but doesnt mind a friendly chat! I There are two rooms available but Im happy to rent them out one at a time. The rent includes electricity and high speed broadband. There is ample car parking room and ceiling fans in both rooms.
