I have one bedroom to rent out in my four-bedroom brick home. The place is a five-minute walk from the Eli Waters Shopping Centre. I am looking for someone who is reliable with rent (with a steady income) and honest as well as tidy. The rent is $100 per week which includes electricity water and phone (local calls only). I ask for 2 weeks rent in advance which means the rent is always 2 weeks ahead. (so a total of $300 upfront-this replaces a normal bond).
