We are young homeowners looking to rent out rooms to help cover our mortgage. We are friendly social and keep our house clean and tidy. We have a pet dog and are non-smokers. We both work full time and some weekends. The house is three bedroom with one lounge room one bathroom and a large kitchen. Its fully fenced and has street parking available. Its fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge room and ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The room is well-sized and has some furnishings – double bed and bedside table.
