You are Responsible for your part of the electricity bill phone bill internet bill etc. All facilities for comfortable living in unit and quite lifestyle in a very quite street in town. Rent will be $110 per/wk paid fortnightly. Require 2 weeks rent up front which will be returned when leaving.
