Well the bathroom and laundry are in the middle of renovations at the moment hence why its cheep but once its finished I cant see the reason to change the price for the right person. The kind of person that Im after is a decent respectful person. Would prefer a Uni student or somone who works. Would prefer somone who has a steedy nature.
