Room availlable in avoca non flooding area, partly furnished. there are 4 other people living on the property there is a young couple in a granny flat and 2 early 20′s females living in the house. nice neat and tidy looking for someone immediately. we share the costs of the electricity and phone/ internet bills. looking for a professional/ working person.
