i have 2 rooms and a granny flat for rent. Looking for people that dont need to claim rent assist. electricity is included unless it goes over $400 then we share the cost of it. for the use of the house phone and the wireless is an extra $10 pw. they are both unlimited. granny flat is a bit extra due to it being mostly self contained.
