Hi Im looking for a professional or working student to share accomadation in my already established unit. The unit is close to the centre of Bundaberg only a 5min drive. The unit is in a secured estate. The room is of fairly spacious size has a ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe. You will have your own linen closet. Please note if applying you will need to be approved by my realestate. I prefer a non-smoker as you cant smoke inside the unit. I currently have wi-fi broadband on unlimited usage to assist with work or study. Amenaties are split 50/50 thou. Im a fairly quiet kind of person I tend to keep to myself. I work rostered hours so Im home at random times. But I am home most weekends. Im a non smoker but I do like to have the odd drink. If you are interested please respond.
