Hi,

Realestate.com.au upgrades are available from within your account youll find the Upgrade option on the left-hand side once logged in.
Realestate.com.au pricing is on a suburb to suburb basis and subject to change.
Upgrades are definitely effective but the benefit will be different for each person depending on a few things, so here are some things to consider before purchasing;

Firstly – There is no way to completely control where your listing is placed in search results – even with an upgrade it can still vary.
Realestate.com.au orders all listings the following ways Premieres, Highlights, Features, Standard.
These are then ordered from newest to oldest, for example: If you had a Premiere upgrade, a Highlight upgrade and a Standard listing, the Premiere would display first, followed by the Highlight and then the regular listings all newest to oldest within their category.
As your listing ages and new listings come on (either regular or upgraded), your listing will move down.

Then there are of course also variables to what results display based on what a buyer searches, for example if they include surrounding suburbs or only want 2 bedroom homes – depending on the features of your own.
We recommend doing a search in your suburb to see what upgrades have already been purchased to see where you would land should you choose to go down that route.

Domain upgrades work on a different system.
A lot of agencies tend to have an Elite subscription they are what you may be see when youre doing a search in your area.
Unfortunately Elite upgrades are only available as a subscription for an entire agency and not individual listings.
As its extremely rare anyone wishes to purchase a Domain upgrade and the cost for Elite is massive, we dont currently have this available.

The other options for upgrades are Premium Plus and Priority Placement.
Youd be looking at a rough estimate of $650+ for four weeks to $850+ for up to six weeks of Premium Plus for a Sale in your suburb.
This can change depending on if E-brochure is selected. (Emails buyers an email brochure about the property, cost based on number of subscribers and areas chosen.)
Priority placement ranges from $250+-$450+ for four weeks onwards. Ive attached two documents with info on these.
