Hi were looking for someone to share a new 3 bedroom ground floor apartment thats part of a newly renovated Queenslander in Toowong. The apartment is fully furnished includes a TV Bosch Dishwasher Fridge Washing Machine Micorwave/Convection Oven Gas Cooktop etc. This room has its own ensuite toilet. Gas electricity and water included. Were a pretty happy friendly and easy going household consisting of a couple who live in the upstairs apartment and two Post grad students in the separate downstairs 3 bedroom apartment. Its close to transport and the shops with a large north facing verandas with BBQ and outdoor furniture and it overlooks a large park.
