It has reverse cycle AC and a sunny balcony. Im a tidy considerate professional non smoker who likes to cook listen to music live life and chill with my kid. I enjoy the odd social drink. Im of African heritage and especially welcome interest from international students.You are preferably female considerate non smoker (or outside smoker) who doesnt mind little people. The room is moderately sized and furnishing can be negotiated. Rent includes electricity but you will need to arrange your own internet.
