The room is 3.6m x 3.1m with an additional built in wardrobe and optional large desk. Own private bathroom is also provided. Its $160 a week but the website keeps changing what I put in.The rest of the 2 bedroom unit is fully furnished with couches tv microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge etc. Unit is 200m approx. from local takeaways bottle-o deli butcher fruit shopt etc. and 10 minute walk from train station or regatta ferry. I am a young professional just starting a new job in the city am a keen cyclist and a movie buff. I am also a clean freak especially in the kitchen so someone who is like minded would be great.Preferrable room mate age is 20-25yrs old.Please dont call email is preferrable.
