A room is available in a large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished home in a leafy area of Toowong. The home has a large living area, dining room and spacious kitchen (including dishwasher). It is also equipped with a large wooden deck that looks out to Mt Cootha. There is a large back yard with shed for extra storage.

The home is close to public transport, local shops and a short distance from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Toowong Village and the University of Queensland. It is surrounded by walking tracks and close to parks.

You will be sharing with 3 professionals who all work in the surrounding area. We are looking for someone who is approximatley 24 years or older.

The room is $135/week not including bills (i.e. electricity and internet) and available on the 4 May 2013.
