The lease is finishing up and we one male student and one female professional need two people to move in and take the rooms of the housemates that are leaving at the end of February. There are two ads posted for this house. House is a big old Queenslander with back deck and large yard. House has pretty much everything you would need including air conditioning and ADLS2+ internet (wired and large download limit). House has a big lounge room adjacent sun room undercover or street parking and two laid back easy to get along with housemates who enjoy the odd drink and more then the occasionally laugh and chat. The location bloody good. 5-7 min walk to Toowong Village and the area includes – public transport (bus and train) shopping centre with Coles and Woolies banking take away restaurants gym BWS and the local watering hole the RE. The room if you like can be offered furnished with a double bed and closet however if you have your own furniture that is fine. The room is quite large and has hardwood floor. Other notes as this is the end of lease their is a possibility the land lord might change the rent rate (only by $5-$10). The rent figure only includes rent – all other bills are split 4 ways – electricity gas internet phone line rental and household items like glad wrap and toilet paper.
