Hi We have two unfurnished rooms available as of the 31st to share with a 20 year old student couple in a quaint 3 bedroom house on a quiet street in Taringa.Bigger room is $160 per weekSmaller room is $150 per weekBills will be split evenly at each quarter.The nearest bus stop (on Swann Road) is only 165m away with buses going to UQ Indooroopilly and the city.A 3 minute walk up the street takes you to the 24h convenience store video shop and restaurants.There is storage space under the house one small undercover car space driveway plus off-street parking.We are looking for young students or professionals alike who are friendly tidy reliable and considerate.We are both full time students at UQ who are friendly easygoing quiet and tidy.
