Hi there!! We are currently looking for someone to fill a room in a share house in Taringa. About the room: the room is a small UNFURNISHED room however you would fit a queen sized bed and a desk! The room has a huge built in wardrobe… The bathroom would be shared with 2 other people toilets are separated from the main bathroom!!About the house: The house is a huge totally renovated queenslander. All appliances are already included (dishwasher washing machine dryer TV…..) polished wooden floors through out the house and a yard all around the house! Please note that there is no huge storing space in the house as it is already furnished with everything (except our room).. The house has two stories upstairs the main kitchen and living areas with 3 rooms and downstairs a little kitchenette with a living areas as well and 2 rooms.About the housemates: We are all students at UQ and working part time for engineering companies shoe shops and cafes! Everyone is very friendly and social but at the same time everyone is very busy with studies and work so this room would best fit someone who is not too much of a party animal :-)!!The rent is 125 a week plus utilities which is around 50 dollars every 4 months.. The location is very convienient it is close to public transports 10 min walk to indooroopilly shopping center 10 min by bus to UQ (aprox 5 min by car ;-)) and 15 min by bus to CBD!!
