Hi GuysIm an easy going 25 year old chick with a two bedroom house in Taringa. My current roomie is abandoning me come early December so Im looking to fill the room. The room is $150 p/w (not inclusive of bills – am happy to discuss the cost of electricity etc.) it comes fully furnished (though we can empty it out if your bringing your own furniture). The house is nicely furnished and I have foxtel connected. You will need your own internet connection as I have a wireless USB connection. Im happy for you to either buy food for yourself or share the cost (Im not a bad cook!). The house is close to UQ shops and public transport. I also have a dog – Boston (aussie cattle dog) who is super cool friendly and obedient.
