I am moving out to find a new place with a mate who has just come over from NZ so need someone to take my room. You will be sharing with two guys who are both students. Hopefully you are fun social outgoing and can see the funny side of life. Boys or Girls but might be better suited for a guy. A good place for a student or young professional.The place in an easily maintained open living apartment in St. Lucia. It has air conditioning in the lounge but not in the room. You will share the bathroom with one of the guys as the other has an ensuite. The kitchen is easy to keep tidy has lots of storage and ench space. The apartment is furnished but the room is not. The room fits a queen size bed and has a built in wardrobe. It is carpeted and has a big mirror and lots of power points (if you have a few electronics). The place has a gym pool yard and carpark on the lower levels and over looks the Brisbane River. Good location it is close to the Toowong shops Guyatt Park ferry stop and UQ.Rent is $200/wk plus utilities and bond is $700.If you are interested please email me back soon.
