Sharing with two students Alix 20 (English) and Kathleen 17 (Australian) who are both very easy to get along with. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the unit will have everything you need. With just a 20 minute walk to the University of Queensland a 10/15 minute drive/bus ride to the city and a short walk to the local shops and bus stop this location is ideal.Within the unit there are 3 good size bedrooms- all with built in wardrobes 2 bathrooms a large living area a fully equipped kitchen a large balcony and a private courtyard. There is also if needed a car space available in the car park.We are looking for someone roughly the same age to share the unit with that is socialable reliable easy to get along with and doesnt mind cleaning up after themselves. Ideally wed like housemates to stick around for the entire lease.The successful housemate would need to become an approved applicant through the real estate and pay bond (4 weeks rent) plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
