Ill be moving out in November so Im searching for a replacement for my friendly housemates 1 Aussie female student (very good cook) 1 Chinese female student and 1 Aussie guy. Its a laid back house with huge backyard and well furnished. Bills are separate and equally split.Takes around 20 mins by foot or 5 mins by bus to UQ 15 mins walk to Toowong Village or around 4 mins by bus and near Guyatt Park City cat.If you wish to move in earlier it may be arranged too.
