Hi Ive got a big double sized room to let in 2 bed 2bath apartment thats available now. The units spacious well finished with a big deck and loads of parkland all around. The bedroom is big with robes and shelving. The unit itself is a comfortable open plan unit with all the mod cons and is only about a 5 minute walk to the Sherwood train station and even closer to the local shopping area. A little about me Im a professional that works long hours (a bit of a work-a-holic) Im also a fitness freak and adrenalin junkie. I love climbing so Im often out and about on weekends as I enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle. Im a Non smoker and dont mind a social drink now and then but apart from that Im pretty cruisy. Im looking for an easy going flatmate whos trustworthy respectful and clean.
