I am a professional dancer leaving the country on contract and need to fill my room asap. the room is a large enough room to fit a queen bed set into has built in mirrored wardrobes and french doors that open up onto a private balcony that looks over the entire of Brisbane City and surrounding suburbs. the main bathroom with spa bath and twin vanities is located directly across from the room on the second level of the three story house.The house is a terrace styled house meets old Queenslander with polished wooden floors/high ceilings throughout. the kitchen is massive as is the back deck that comes off the kitchen and dining room overlooking the pool.the house is fully furnished and rent (220 per week) includes all utilities and internet paid directly to landlord/owner. Every house occupant is on an individual lease so there is no stress or hassle with anyone missing payments etc.I am looking to fill the room AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ie: YESTERDAY! so whoever gets in first its yours.cheers Brendan Hodder.
