Any prospective new tenant will need to place a regular tenant application to be approved and placed on the lease.

Current housemates are two easy going and tidy females, both are young professionals.

I have to move due to work commitments and need someone to take over my spot until the end of the lease in January 2014 with option to renew. Best suited to a young professional, females preferred.
