We have one bedroom for rent in our cosy four bedroom 2 bathroom house located in Paddington. Room comes unfurnished or furnished (bed desk cupboard) depending on your needs. Share bathroom (with bathtub) with one other person. Close to shops cafes and restaurants supermarket gym park swimming pool cinema pubs train and Suncorp Stadium. Buses are just up the street running to the City or you can walk to town in 20-30mins. Parking is on street however we have permits. Rent is $150 per week. Gas and Electricty are separate and are approximately $90 per quarter. Sorry no pets and no couples please. Room is available for rent from 6 February.
