Im looking for someone to share a house with I dont currently have a place however I am interested in a place in kenmore but just need another person to rent with. the place im interested in would have 3 spare unfurnished bedrooms with one bathroom to share and the rest of the place would be furnished. Rent is 150 for each of the rooms and this includes utilities. There is a bus that goes straight to uq at the end of the street so the place would be great for a uq student who doesnt want to live too close to uq.
