Hey guys just looking for a fun fairly quiet roomy. The two of us pretty much work full time so we aren t home alot. We do like to have friends over for pre drinks before we go out now and then. Looking for a good honest roommate the house has a nice backyard with a bbq the house is fully furnished the spare bedroom up for rent is a normal sized room which comes with a cuboard and study desk built in. Rent includes 20 gig of interenet use. If your interested hit me up. Any bills like electricity and over water use we just split evenly. Also forgot to add bus to city/indro is 2 mins walk from the house and the bus to uq comes just down the road as well. Also woolworths mcdonalds is 2 mins down the road.
