Flatmate wanted
We are looking for a person to live in a house at Kenmore, in Brisbane’s west.
Prefer someone aged between 25 and 40, but we are not very ageist, so we are pretty flexible on that.
We would prefer a girl but we don’t mind boys either, so it’s cool either way! No children (unless you are aged between 25 & 40), but if you have kids that occasionally sleep over, that’s fine (we love em, but we don’t want em).
Also, we don’t mind what your sexuality is.
Please please be a neat and tidy person and a cool music lover! Arts and crafts are great too!
The house is close to a shopping centre and bus routes (444 comes every 20 minutes).
The available bedroom has an adjoining private shower and direct access to a large verandah, that sometimes has people sleeping on it.
You will be living with a nanny (with a nice dog) who lives downstairs and an office worker who lives upstairs.
No smoking would be great and no illegal drug use is pretty important too (though inappropriate use of prescription medication is okay on Friday nights)!
Upstairs fridge and freezer space is available and included. So is the washing machine and dryer.
The rent is $170 a week. + we split the electricity bill up equally. Internet can be included depending on your needs…
We would really like someone who is fun and doesn’t take things too seriously.
