Excellent location. Walk to everything. I am looking for someone who enjoy peace and quiet time in the weekdays at home which could fit in with my 9 to 5 working hours. And don’t mind to have a few drinks with me sometimes in the weekend. I prefer someone who clean after themselves and help make the living areas a clean and tidy place. All bills are included in the rent. U don’t need a car as this is a very convenient location to live in. Indooroopilly shopping centre is just right next door as well as train and bus stations.
