The room available has Air Con windows on 2 walls and a built in wardrobe. It is situated at the back of the house so you dont get any noise from the street out the front! You will be living with a guy and girl both studying/working. Both are easygoing and share in the household chores etc. All bills are split. The house has a large lounge room with plenty of space to store things a large balcony for entertaining and a yard which you can park in! 20metre walk to constant transport into Uni/City.
